Añade esta mezcla al batido de huevos también en marcha lenta.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Cuando hayas obtenido una masa homogénea, bátela a velocidad rápida durante 2 ó 3 minutos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Tapa la masa con un paño y déjala reposar en la nevera durante 1 hora como mínimo. Puedes dejarla incluso hasta el día siguiente.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Después del tiempo de reposo, remueve enérgicamente la masa con un batidor manual.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Precalienta el horno a 250 °C.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coloca la masa en una manga pastelera con boquilla lisa y llena con ella los moldes para magdalenas hasta un poco más de las tres cuartas partes de su capacidad. Lo calentamos ya sea a fuego medio o rápido, lo dejamos hervir un poco, lo quitamos del fuego y dejamos templar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-R17cwKbS9wM/TbHGK2vdMrI/AAAAAAAAABc/MGtPBqdgnic/s1600/leche.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-R17cwKbS9wM/TbHGK2vdMrI/AAAAAAAAABc/MGtPBqdgnic/s1600/leche.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Mientras se va calentando, cortamos el pan en rodajas de aproximadamente 1 centímetro, en diagonal.&amp;nbsp;Después, batimos los huevos en otro&amp;nbsp;bol&amp;nbsp;y lo reservamos. Por otro lado, en una fuente mezclamos el azúcar con la canela al gusto.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Cuando esté la leche templada, en una sartén grande, vamos a echar un litro de aceite y lo calentamos al máximo pero que no se queme.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Y ya empezamos con el lío!
